Job summary

MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will respond to questions and product inquiries, process sales orders and quotes, and leverage deep product knowledge to assist customers with selection and applications.

You will provide timely responses using analytical skills, manage multiple priorities with accuracy, and collaborate with the team to resolve freight discrepancies and warranty items.

Qualifications

• A degree in business management or general studies.
• Experience in Windows-based computer environment including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with high levels of accuracy.
• Team orientation to support success of the department.
• Self-starter.

Responsibilities
