Workato is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager in Palo Alto to partner with cross-functional teams and drive global adoption of AI-driven projects. You’ll own end-to-end programs, define success metrics, and lead with data-driven decision-making.

The role emphasizes audience empathy, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Strong collaboration across product, sales, and customer operations is essential.

Competenze

• 3-6 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related-field.
• Track record of owning org-wide projects or programs from planning through delivery with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working with data to define success metrics, track outcomes, and make prioritization calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• A bias toward action, high attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguity.
