Job summary

ICIS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver engagement strategy for a portfolio of accounts in the US. You will build trusted relationships, understand customer goals, and collaborate with ICIS teams to improve retention, satisfaction, product adoption, and growth.

You will travel as needed and work with stakeholders to ensure value-driven engagements and continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Client-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication across global teams.
• Experience using MS Office; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively help customers achieve desired outcomes by understanding their business models and engaging in value-based conversations.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure an excellent client experience, focusing on retention and adoption.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and identify engagement opportunities cross-functionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with client contacts and deliver targeted engagements.
• Use data and insights to drive engagements and monitor impact on customer outcomes.
• Gather feedback and share value statements and testimonials with the organization.
