• Strong communication skills and experience in customer success or telecommunications.
• Experience leading onboarding and account management.
• Ability to monitor compliance and manage risk across complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and training for customers.
• Drive revenue and retention through proactive outreach and account management.
• Monitor messaging and compliance, document issues and resolutions.
• Conduct quarterly outreach with premium accounts and develop growth strategies.
