Job summary

Veo Technologies APS is hiring for a Customer Success role in Miami. You will be part of our Customer Support team, engaging customers via email, phone, and chat, and assisting the second line with tickets.

You’ll operate within two streams and help ensure high satisfaction while feeding back insights to improve processes. Experience in customer-facing roles and excellent written communication are valued, as is an interest in sports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via emails, phone, and chat as a front line supporter.
• Support the second line team by resolving general tickets and escalate complex cases.
• Adhere to KPIs for low response time, low backlog, and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback within the support team and to improve processes and escalation flows.
