Wichard Groupe North America in North Kingstown, RI seeks a Customer Service Representative to join its team in the Quonset area. You will be the front-line contact for customers and support the sales team with product and order information.

The role emphasizes accurate order processing, responsive service, and a positive customer experience while collaborating with an international business. A strong interest in boating products is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in order processing and basic accounting tasks.
• Clear communication, good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.
• Boating experience or interest in our products is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Process sales orders from email, EDI, web, and phone channels.
• Support the sales and other customer-facing teams with product and order information.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to all types of customer inquiry.
• Create welcoming, helpful customer interactions that strengthen long-term relationships.
• Provide complete and accurate information on product availability and shipment dates.
• Follow company communication guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
