Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Rumford, RI branch. The role involves handling 65–90 daily calls and emails, processing and quoting orders, and resolving issues with a customer-first approach in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and SAP. The position offers weekday hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• High School Education with a two-year or four-year college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel & SAP experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced customer service environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, respect and urgency for our client base.
• Take 65-90 calls/emails per day and process orders, quotes, and pricing requests.
• Enter and modify online orders in the system and create quotes.
• Investigate back-ordered items and offer substitutes when available.
• Collaborate within a team to support customers and achieve goals.
