Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and with global CS teams.
• Experience managing domestic and international accounts, including export documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of export processes preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international customer orders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management to support launches and changes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Planning to align orders with inventory and schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipments and export documentation.
• Identify and mitigate supply or fulfillment risks.
• Handle returns, credits, and complaints with ownership.
• Drive process improvements in customer service workflows.
• Maintain safety policy compliance.
• Perform other related duties.
