Job summary

Balchem in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage complex domestic and international orders from entry to delivery. You will partner with Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Quality to ensure accurate, timely order execution and a superior customer experience.

Qualified candidates will have experience in a manufacturing or B2B setting, strong ERP knowledge (SAP or Dynamics 365), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• B2B customer service experience in manufacturing or ingredients.
• Experience with domestic and international orders.
• ERP system proficiency (SAP or Dynamics 365) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual abilities preferred (English, Spanish, Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, status, issues, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Product Management on launches and changes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Planning for fulfillment.
• Support international customers and export documentation.
• Work with logistics for shipments and freight quotes.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Handle complaints, returns, and credits with ownership.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Maintain safety policy compliance.
• Perform other related duties.
