Job summary

Balchem Corporation, Montvale, New Jersey, is seeking an Intercompany Planner to coordinate global inventory replenishment and intercompany transactions. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure timely material flow and transaction accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in supply chain, business, operations, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, inventory, logistics, procurement, or transactional support roles.
• ERP experience preferred (D365, SAP, Oracle) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intercompany replenishment and manage replenishment plans with plant planners, schedulers, procurement, and customer service.
• Create, process, and monitor intercompany purchase orders and intercompany sales orders.
• Ensure accurate transaction data and assist with month-end/quarter-end close activities.
• Participate in intercompany process improvements and testing of new tools/systems.
• Maintain documentation supporting intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
