Cencora is seeking an International Customer Service Representative I in Cary, NC. You will support end-to-end customer operations, including order management and service fulfillment, while ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and escalations.

The role requires strong attention to SLAs, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive service excellence. Ideally, candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in customer operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer operations or service coordination.
• Experience with process documentation and SOPs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end customer operations: order management, service fulfillment, issue resolution, and communications.
• Monitor SLAs, turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Serve as primary operational contact for inquiries and escalations across teams.
• Analyze operations data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs, process workflows, and knowledge resources for consistency.
• Collaborate with sales, product, technology, and support to align processes with goals.
• Coordinates initiatives for process redesign, system implementations, QA programs, and automation.
