Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end customer operations, including order management, service fulfillment, issue resolution, and customer communication.
• Monitors performance metrics like SLAs, turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Serves as primary operational contact for inquiries and escalations, coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve issues.
• Analyzes data to identify improvements and support implementation of operational enhancements.
• Maintains SOPs, process workflows, service guidelines, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborates with sales, product, technology, and support to align processes with customer needs and business objectives.
• Coordinates process redesign, system implementations, quality assurance, and automation initiatives.

Education
