Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Silicon IP programs. You will lead customer engagements from kickoff to post-silicon support, owning SOWs, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration.

You will coordinate global teams across design, verification, applications, and sales, proactively mitigating risks and communicating program health to leadership and customers to move initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry with program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor design flows and IP integration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery from kickoff through post-silicon support.
• Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales.
• Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers to drive action.
