Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with leadership of complex customer-facing programs.
• Strong program management, planning, risk management and delivery capabilities.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer programs across product design-in, qualification, demand management, quality and future opportunities.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, reporting, closure.
• Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality.
• Manage customer escalations and crises with timely decisions and clear ownership.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding business priorities, market trends and technical challenges.
• Translate data into concise insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive results through alignment, accountability, collaboration and customer focus across the matrix.
