Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics seeks a Senior Director for Global Customer Management in the USA. This strategic leadership role will own key customer relationships, drive net growth, and lead a team delivering value across productivity, efficiency and cost management.

You will set the CL vision, align with regional leaders, and ensure operations meet customer expectations in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• At minimum bachelor in logistics or similar study.
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial and/or operational roles in contract logistics/3PL, ideally with P&L accountability.
• Fluent Business English (written and verbal).
• Experience in working in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management to appropriate stakeholders on the US side.
• Establish vision, strategy and CL roadmap with VP GCM Head for net growth.
• Ensure operations deliver what is expected by the customer.
• Partner with GAD, Vertical Lead, Account exec and sponsor for alignment with wider customer strategy.
• Internal point of escalations in the US.
• Secure alignment with CL P&L owners for all CL products.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Innovation and share Best Practices across teams.
• Ensure compliance to DSV global standards and contribute to improvements.
