Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Senior Director, Global Customer Management for the USA. Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, you will head a US-based team, manage a key hyperscaler client, and drive growth, profitability, and customer value through process improvements.

You will partner with senior executives to align strategy, operations, and commercial activities, ensuring world-class service and compliant governance in a dynamic, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in logistics or a related field.
• 5+ years in commercial/operational roles in contract logistics/3PL with P&L accountability.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent business English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• CRM to stakeholders across the US for a hyperscaler customer.
• Lead a team to achieve best-in-class performance and growth.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap with senior leadership for net growth.
• Ensure operations deliver promised customer outcomes.
