The role blends global ownership with multi-market execution, ensuring data products are scalable, compliant, and governance-aligned while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Data Domain Owner with end-to-end accountability for domain strategy and governance.
• Deep knowledge of customer data ecosystems, master data, and identity resolution.
• Strong governance, data quality, and compliance understanding in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define global vision, roadmap, and success measures for consolidated customer data across markets.
• Enforce global governance standards, taxonomies, data policies, and quality frameworks.
• Own global data quality and enrichment strategy, including matching and deduplication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design global-to-local data flows and activation strategies.
• Build and coordinate a global network of Data Owners and Business Data Stewards.
• Ensure data is AI-ready for analytics, automation, and intelligent action.
