Job summary

Biorce is building the AI intelligence layer for clinical development and seeks a Director of Data Services to lead global data commercialisation. You will engage senior executives across Pharma, Biotech and CROs to monetise fragmented clinical data into actionable intelligence.

This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and requires shaping data opportunities into strategic engagements, closing multi‑million deals and driving a scalable Data Services program globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences technology, clinical data, analytics or AI.
• Strong track record selling complex enterprise solutions to pharma/biotech/CROs.
• Proven experience closing multi‑million‑dollar opportunities.
• Experience selling data platforms, analytics, AI or data‑transformation programs.
• Able to engage credibly with technical and business executives.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the global commercial strategy for Data Services.
• Originate, develop and close strategic data opportunities.
• Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Conduct executive‑level discovery to map data landscapes and AI ambitions.
• Translate data opportunities into commercial engagements and business cases.
• Partner with tech teams on assessments, integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Structure proposals for assessments, integration and ongoing services.
• Navigate procurement, security, privacy, governance and legal talks.
• Close enterprise agreements and develop repeatable Data Services offerings.
• Enable sales org to identify data opportunities and feed market insights.
