Job summary

Bayer seeks a Global Consolidated Customer Data & AI Lead to shape global data strategies and translate them into scalable business impact across markets, with the U.S. and Canada as core markets.

The role drives data governance, AI readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality, activation‑ready data enabling analytics, AI, and personalized engagement at global scale.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Proven end‑to‑end accountability for domain strategy and governance
• Deep knowledge of customer data ecosystems and master data management
• Strong GDPR and US privacy knowledge and licensing terms

Responsibilities

• Define global vision, roadmap, and success metrics for consolidated customer data
• Enforce global governance standards across the data lifecycle
• Own data quality, enrichment, and deduplication strategies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design global‑to‑local data flows
• Establish a global network of Data Owners and Business Data Stewards
• Partner with IT to integrate customer data into enterprise platforms
