Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a senior leader to own portfolio management and sales enablement for the Data & AI practice across North America and Europe, translating strategy into sales-ready plays and enablement assets.

You will collaborate with global leaders, alliance teams, and client partners to position offerings, guide pricing, and drive cross-region adoption of data platforms and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology portfolio strategy, sales enablement, product marketing or solution strategy.
• Experience scaling sales enablement programs globally across regions.
• Ability to translate complex offerings into sales-ready narratives, playbooks, and business cases.
• Experience across North America and EMEA with regional buying dynamics and GTM nuances.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, AI landscapes, and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI portfolio management and sales enablement for NA/EMEA.
• Define portfolio positioning, packaging, and pricing guardrails for widespread adoption.
• Provide enablement assets to hundreds of sellers, solution architects, and client partners.
• Collaborate with practice leaders, alliance teams, and Specialty Sales to shape strategy.
• Translate investment decisions into sales-ready plays and win themes.
