Job summary

Vaisala is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Boston, MA to serve as the frontline interface with global customers via phone, email, chat, and service tickets. You will document interactions in Salesforce CRM and collaborate across teams to exceed expectations.

This hybrid role (3 days in-office) reports to the Customer Care Manager in Burlington, MA and requires a high school diploma with 1-3 years in customer-facing roles. Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1-3 years in a customer-centric role.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work bilingually with English and Spanish as desired.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline interface with Vaisala customers via phone, email, chat, and service tickets.
• Document customer interactions with accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to exceed customer expectations and identify improvements.
• Provide feedback to shape operations and customer experience.
• Continuously learn about Vaisala products and services.
