Vaisala Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our global customers from the Burlington, MA office in a hybrid setup. You will act as the frontline interface via phone, email, chat, and service tickets, documenting interactions in Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-centric roles, strong communication, and the ability to learn about Vaisala products while maintaining high service standards.

Industrial Measurements business area serves a wide range of industries and applications ranging from pharmaceutical to food industries, and from warehouses to power transformers. It offers a broad range of accurate and reliable measurement instruments based on the cutting-edge technology to help our customers optimize their processes, improve efficiency, minimize energy consumption, and ensure the high quality of their end-products.
We are currently building up a new Customer Frontline department to care for our global customers at Vaisala. The team is located in Helsinki, Finland and Burlington, MA, United States. Our mission is to provide world-class customer experience to all our global customers. We seek to simplify the customer experience by offering a single contact point and assigning the appropriate Vaisala expert to find a solution. Customers are the center of our operations, and our success is measured through customer satisfaction and the quality of our service. We are now looking for a Customer Care Specialist to care for our global customers across multiple industries for a hybrid (3 days in-office) schedule.
ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary with our annual performance bonus plan (on top of base compensation). Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position will report to our Customer Care Manager, based in Burlington, MA.
