Job summary

Synthomer, based in Ohio, USA, is seeking a Customer Service professional to coordinate activities that support customers and process orders. You will be the face of the company, interfacing with Sales, Finance, Operations and Logistics to deliver value-added service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing orders, maintaining data integrity, and supporting global Customer Solutions initiatives. The role offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in customer relationship management and shipment of goods.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international sales orders via SAP entry.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries on pricing, delivery, and product information.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to improve service.
• Adhere to safety and process standards in a global setting.
• Support customer solutions initiatives across cross-functional teams.
