Messer North America, Inc. is seeking a skilled HR and Talent Management specialist to coordinate recruiting, development and engagement initiatives. You will partner with regional teams to drive global programs, training, and leadership development in a dynamic, transformative environment.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven HR reporting, with expected travel of about 30% to support international programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, project management, or a related field with 1 year of HR or employee engagement experience.
• Alternatively, three years of experience in HR or employee engagement.
• Experience implementing large-scale transformative programs.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives.
• Experience with project management, cultural change, and change management (communication with multiple levels).
• Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs.
• Experience leading, engaging and influencing multiple levels of management.
• Communication experience translating business objectives to HR program needs.
• Experience reporting HR data.
• Experience identifying training needs to support inclusive leadership and inclusive culture.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.
• Experience working with employee engagement and culture change management.
• Willingness to travel 30% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities impacting recruiting, employee development and talent management.
• Support strategic planning and key program activities across regions.
• Liaise with country and regional representatives for training and engagement.
• Roll out global HR programs such as surveys, planning, training and reporting.
• Identify change needs and best practices for common themes across regions.
• Support preparation of internal and external events and presentations.
• Ensure regions implement mechanisms for employee feedback and engagement.
