Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a CT learning leader in Cleveland to own the learning strategy, calendar, and delivery framework for the CT sales organization. You will develop product knowledge, value proposition messaging, onboarding, and ongoing professional development to drive sales readiness and effectiveness.

The role requires building a competency model, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience across training, CT and/or sales
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Understanding of CT products, clinical or commercial workflows, and learning needs of CT Sales Specialists and general sales audiences
• Experience in learning strategy, curriculum architecture, instructional design, adult learning, facilitation, assessment and certification
• Strong project-management and operational discipline
• Ability to identify needs, manage a complex training calendar and convert technical source material into practical learning experiences
• Clear communication and ability to coach technical or commercial subject-matter experts to become effective instructors
• Ability to work across virtual and in-person settings
• Must successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
• US work authorization required; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
• Must reside in or within commuting distance to Cleveland
• Advanced degree or recognized learning, instructional design or project-management certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of continuous learning and development across the CT sales organization
• Own the CT learning strategy, training calendar and delivery framework
• Develop product knowledge, value proposition communication, customer qualification, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, onboarding and ongoing professional development capabilities
• Own the CT Specialist competency model, curriculum architecture and governance
• Partner with Downstream Marketing and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and create integrated learning plans
• Leverage virtual, in-person and self-directed learning to improve readiness, adoption and sales effectiveness
• Own learning platforms, training vehicles, scheduling, facilitation, assessments, readiness standards and training records
• Coordinate training delivery across stakeholders and monitor participation, quality and effectiveness
• Transform approved CT source content into engaging learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles
• Lead training readiness for new product launches
• Partner with Precision Diagnosis training to extend CT knowledge to broader sales audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to align learning with business and customer needs
