Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Training Specialist to deliver engaging, product-focused training to HealthStream customers and staff, onsite and virtually. You will design learner-centered programs, align content with product releases, and track attendance and feedback.

The role requires nursing or related field, LMS and Salesforce experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, instructional design, communications, or related field preferred.
Registered Nurse preferred for clinical solutions roles; other healthcare experience may be considered.
Experience in software training, customer education, clinical education, or related training role.
Experience in healthcare industry including clinical education or staff development is a plus.
Experience administering LMS and CRM platforms is a plus.
Proficiency with adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, product-focused virtual and onsite training to HealthStream customers and employees.
Design learner-centered training using adult learning principles and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, instructional design, communications, business, biology, healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Registered Nurse preferred for roles supporting clinical solutions; other relevant clinical or healthcare experience may be considered
Experience in software training, customer education, clinical education, instructional design, or a related training role
Experience within the healthcare industry, including clinical education or staff development, is a plus
Previous experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a plus
Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Must have or be willing to acquire working knowledge of HealthStream platform and content products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Presentation and facilitation skills across virtual, onsite, 1:1, and group training settings
Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
Instructional design skills, including development and maintenance of learning materials
Technical acumen to understand assigned products/solutions
Ability to analyze training needs and define learning solutions
Ability to function independently and use critical thinking
Ability to interact and build relationships at various customer and internal organization levels
