The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer success with Veeva Quality applications, collaborating across functions and guiding strategic adoption to meet business goals. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Quality experience within life sciences.
• Experience working with large global pharmaceutical or CRO companies.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Quality applications.
• Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application owners.
• Liaise with Veeva strategy, sales, product and/or services stakeholders to address customer needs.
• Through proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and help create a customer roadmap based on their business goals and needs.
• Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning.
