Qualifications

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Experience in a strategic, product or international role within a global organization
Understanding of international markets, customer segmentation, and value proposition development, including business case development and go-to-market planning
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in consumer financial services and payments is beneficial
Demonstrated success in driving growth initiatives
Multilingual capabilities are a plus
