Job summary

Visa is seeking a Strategy Analyst to shape cross-border travel strategies, partnering with regional and global teams to drive growth across issuers, merchants, and consumers. You will help define the Destinations platform and optimize value propositions for key markets worldwide.

You will leverage market insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to support product, loyalty, offers, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with Visa's 2030 strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or an advanced degree.
• Experience in strategic, product or international roles within a global organization.
• Knowledge of international markets, customer segmentation and value proposition development.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
• Proficiency in project management and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer financial services and payments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build global travel strategies across key travel corridors.
• Support investment prioritization and management across regions.
• Define our global travel personas and expand partnerships with issuers and clients.
• Scale Visa Destinations platform and fortify value propositions of current destinations.
• Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with regional XB teams to align vision, strategy and execution.
