• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consumer financial services and payments is beneficial
• Demonstrated success in driving growth initiatives
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Description

The Global Cross Border team is responsible for defining the cross border business strategy across travel and eCommerce and managing its execution across our five regions, working closely with market teams and cross-functional leaders around the world.

Cross Border is a key pillar of Visa’s 2030 strategy and one of the largest growth opportunities for Visa. Equally, it faces many complex and interesting challenges, touching all areas of the business, including product, pricing, legal, regulation, marketing, client engagement, and partnerships.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will play an important role in driving the growth and development of our cross border business through travel initiatives focused on issuers, merchants, and end-consumers. Additionally, you will support the buildout of the Visa Destinations platform (destinations.visa.com) by working with the regional and global cross border teams.

The successful candidate will work on innovative strategies that enhance our cross border travel value propositions and effectively target our global customer segments. By leveraging market insights, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence, you will develop and implement strategies across product, loyalty, offers, benefits, marketing services, and key customer segments. This role will interact extensively with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals, driving commercial impact and long‑term sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $123,000.00 to $ 190,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
