Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Settlement & Currency Services to design and implement solutions enabling seamless movement of money across borders and currencies, supporting our mission to make payments safe, simple, and fast.

The role interfaces with Core Payments Product, Global Settlement Operations, and Technology, focusing on fiat and digital currency environments, settlement infrastructure, and value transfer capabilities across payment rails.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Product development or system implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison across Core Payments Product, Global Settlement Operations, and Technology teams, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Develop and enhance strategic capabilities for cross-border payments, fiat and digital currency ecosystems.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver new products, market expansions, and capability enhancements.
• Assess settlement, liquidity, funding, and currency management for new payment flows and initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies related to cross-border payments and digital assets.
