Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Business Analyst within Corporate Treasury to support settlement services enhancements across Mastercard’s core network. You will partner with Treasury, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and enable successful implementation of initiatives that improve settlement processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, experience in financial services/payments, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or product initiatives.
• Ability to document business requirements and translate needs into deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, documentation, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution development.
• Evaluate financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impacts of changes.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and materials to aid decision-making.
• Coordinate with Technology and Operations to validate solutions and implement.
• Identify risks, process gaps, and operational impacts related to settlement services.
• Support project execution: requirements, testing, tracking, and planning.
• Monitor milestones and follow up on action items.
