Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to join the Growth Marketing team and lead lifecycle campaigns at global scale. You will own multi-channel lifecycle strategy (email, push, in-app, SMS) and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align initiatives with launches and expansion.

You will define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and drive improvements in onboarding, engagement, and retention across markets, using ML-powered targeting and AB tests while upholding

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with multi-channel ownership.
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Experience with Braze or Iterable, segmentation, A/B testing, ML targeting.
• Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
• SQL knowledge for audience segmentation and campaign analysis.
• Responsible AI use with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, and retention across channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across countries at scale.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and regional stakeholders on launches and expansion.
• Define KPIs, build reporting cadences, translate data into recommendations.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
