Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead lifecycle campaigns at global scale.

You will define strategies for onboarding, engagement, and retention across email, push, in-app, and SMS, partnering with Product, Data Science, and regional teams. You will drive measurement with KPIs, build reporting cadences, and use A/B testing and ML-powered targeting to improve conversion and retention across multiple markets.

Competenze

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Experience with Braze or Iterable platforms.

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement and retention across key user journeys.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across countries.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with launches and expansion.
• Define CRM KPIs, reporting cadences, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Identify gaps in journeys and design plans using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
