Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in CRM, digital marketing, or enterprise agency settings.
• Experience with global brands and multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of CRM and loyalty programs for premier global brands.
• Execute personalized client campaigns from concept to deployment.
• Manage global client relationships and serve as strategic partner.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Produce status reports and presentations for executive meetings.
