Job summary

VML MAP, part of the WPP family, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Austin to lead CRM initiatives and loyalty programs for world‑class brands. You’ll manage end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and day‑to‑day stakeholder communications on a global scale.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CRM/digital marketing project management, strong data fluency, and experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
• Proven experience working with large global brands, especially in luxury or automotive sectors is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of data, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, web, and/or marketing automation projects using enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and implementation of CRM and loyalty initiatives for major global brands.
• Execute sophisticated, personalized client communications from inception to deployment.
• Manage global client relationships from a delivery perspective and ensure project success.
• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets to deliver efficiently and profitably.
• Produce high‑quality project status reports and client presentations.
