Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CRM/digital marketing project management, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or related agency environment.
• Experience delivering CRM and loyalty initiatives for global brands.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and implementation of CRM and loyalty initiatives for global brands.
• Execute sophisticated, personalized client campaigns from inception to deployment.
• Manage global client relationships and act as operational partner for project success.
• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Produce high-quality project status reports and client presentations.
