• Solid understanding of A/B testing and funnel metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data/analytics platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate communication, customer experience, and roadmap with Product teams and stakeholders; manage a robust communication calendar and test plans.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to build scalable automations.
• Create, manage, and execute multichannel campaigns and journeys (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app messages, banners) with segmentation and personalization.
• Analyze customer profiles to support audience segmentation and relevant content/offers.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and language standards.
