Cambly is seeking a CRM Program Manager (contract - remote) to lead CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps. You will own the roadmap and drive multi-market campaigns across Latin America, Europe/Middle East, and Asia, coordinating with product, data, and regional teams.

The role emphasizes analytics, audience segmentation, and AI-enabled personalization, with responsibility for deliverability, localization, and measuring impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience.
Experience owning CRM strategy and roadmaps with measurable impact.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and SQL.
Experience in multi-market or international CRM programs; familiarity with messaging apps.
Hands-on experience with modern CRM/ESP platforms and journey building.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps.
Build and maintain the CRM roadmap, balancing evergreen programs with campaigns.
Define audience segmentation, lists, hygiene, and localization by market.
Partner with product, data, and regional teams to measure and optimize campaigns.
Lead AI adoption for personalization, experimentation, and automation.
