Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. seeks a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to join Growth Marketing and lead how we engage and retain millions of users at global scale. You will define lifecycle strategies for high-impact segments, drive cross-country campaigns, and set the standard for measuring CRM performance.

You will partner with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with product launches and international expansion goals, while maintaining a rigorous measurement framework for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with ownership of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Proven track record of lifecycle programs improving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable) including segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
• SQL proficiency for audience segmentation and campaign analysis; ability to partner with Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention).
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across multiple countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with launches and growth priorities.
• Define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Identify gaps in journeys and design plans using A/B testing and personalization to improve conversion and retention.
