TDW in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Supervisory leader for the Global Credit Risk Team to oversee risk reviews and credit evaluations. You will guide analysts, drive risk mitigation, and partner with PMs, Sales, and Finance to balance risk with customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Collections, Customer Service and/or Credit desirable.
• Associate degree desirable but not required
• Credit association certifications desirable but not required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong Excel experience required
• Ability to negotiate payment terms while maintaining customer loyalty
• Natural sense of urgency and results orientation

Responsibilities

• Leads a Team of Global Credit Analysts
• Manages customer risk reviews and risk mitigation
• Provides direction for risk mitigation and monthly feedback
• Collaborates with PMs, Sales, and Finance on Global Credit evaluations
• Performs financial reviews and evaluates creditworthiness
• Handles letters of credit and bank/client audits
• Reevaluates credit lines and reconciles to General Ledger
• Maintains good standing of customer accounts and documentation
