Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Manager, Credit to lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding, driving risk management and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop a high-performing team, drive process improvements, partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, and analyze data to optimize credit performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and 5+ years in credit or risk; proficiency with Excel

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and using data to support decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support objectives and customer experiences.
• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends and optimize credit performance.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource for credit matters.
