Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to grow Naturium’s creator affiliate network and expand into new social platforms. You will build direct relationships with top creators, develop VIP experiences, and guide affiliate programs from recruitment to growth.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Media, and Operations to drive GMV growth, optimize campaigns, and expand content across channels while maintaining a creator-first, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, creator, partnerships, or social-commerce roles, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Naturium's TikTok Shop affiliate network from outreach through activation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Concentrate on L3+ creators, VIP affiliates; develop direct relationships with priority talent.
• Lead by example with content creation and developer briefs to drive high-converting content.
