Job summary

Aquent Studios is seeking a highly organized traffic coordinator to manage global marketing communications workflows, from intake through final delivery.

You’ll open and manage jobs in RoboHead, track budgets, ensure version control, and maintain data accuracy while delivering high-quality creative output for worldwide campaigns. This role requires strong client service and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven project management or traffic management experience in a design studio/agency.
• Demonstrated success handling a large volume of projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional client service with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workflows, processes, and efficiencies for the creative studio supporting global marketing communications.
• Facilitate traffic of print and digital projects from intake through final file release.
• Open and manage jobs in RoboHead with tracking and reporting.
• Oversee budget tracking and invoicing with precision.
• Manage changes, version control, and QA of final files and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain excellent client service and represent our values.
