Job description

Traffic Project Manager, Creative Services

We are looking for a high‑caliber Traffic Project Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our in‑house Creative Services team. You will be the primary air‑traffic controller for a talented group of graphic and video designers, ensuring that a high volume of projects for various lines of business and corporate departments move from inception to completion without a hitch. This isn't just about moving tickets; it’s about mastering the "art of the pivot." You will bridge the gap between corporate stakeholders, our creative talent, and agencies, ensuring every brief is clear, every deadline is realistic, and every deliverable meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the end‑to‑end flow of creative, production, and media projects, overseeing the routing and trafficking of all assets—from digital and print to personalized asset packs and reusable components.
  • Create and maintain master project schedules, flag delays, adjust timelines, and ensure the team hits every milestone.
  • Monitor team bandwidth in real time and assign tasks based on capacity and expertise to maximize output without burnout.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Project Managers, Artists, and internal client teams (Personalization, Brand, CRM, Legal). Lead status meetings and manage expectations across the board.
  • Own our project‑management environment, reviewing and inputting assets into Wrike and other tracking tools (Teams, SharePoint) to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, meetings start on time, and the team stays on track.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–7+ years of experience in a traffic or project‑coordination role within an advertising agency or a fast‑paced in‑house corporate marketing environment.
  • Deep proficiency in Wrike, comfortable building workflows, custom dashboards, and automation to streamline the creative process.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deliver direct feedback to stakeholders while keeping the creative team motivated.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflow, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Experience with Figma, Jira, or digital asset management systems is a plus.
  • A background in graphic design or content development is a significant plus.
