Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the photo and video production lifecycle across our Content Creation Studios.

You will mentor producers and interns, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure work is on brand, on time, and on budget. You'll plan productions, manage talent, locations, equipment, and props, and collaborate with brand, digital shelf, and marketing teams to translate creative direction into high-impact assets.

Qualifications

5 years' experience across the full photo and video production lifecycle, including budgets and schedules.
Proven ability to lead and develop producers, interns, freelancers and vendor partners.
Excellent communication and collaboration across brand, creative, client and vendor teams.
Strong judgment to translate direction into production plans and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support associate producers and interns with clear expectations and feedback.
Plan and lead photo and video productions from intake through delivery, managing scope, budgets, and plans.
Coordinate talent, locations, equipment, props, wardrobe, and resources while delaying risk.
Oversee seasonal assets ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints from development to consumer creative.
Partner with brand teams to translate strategy into production approaches and provide input throughout.
