Monks is seeking a GCD, Scaled CRM & Performance to lead the creative vision and systemic strategy for our largest digital workstreams. You will guide a global cross-functional team delivering thousands of performance-driven assets annually, including lifecycle email ecosystems, landing pages, and platform-native campaigns.

This senior leadership role emphasizes change management, automation, and a modern, tech-enabled creative model where human artistry meets machine speed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading cross-functional creative teams in top-tier digital agencies or tech-native brands.
• Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email infrastructure, and data-driven CRM systems.
• Experience with AI suites, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and automated toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Define systemic brand and performance direction across scaled channels.
• Oversee operational overhaul and program architecture for cross-functional teams.
• Foster responsible automation and an innovation culture with AI integration.
• Maintain uncompromising artistry standards across copy, design, and email practices.
• Define a unified creative roadmap and empower senior leaders under you.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to client VPs and PMMs to grow digital scopes.
