Monks, a global digital-first marketing partner, seeks a Senior Director, Strategy – Brand & Creative to lead our Brand Strategy discipline. You will shape brand platforms and drive integrated campaigns across major markets, collaborating with creative teams and executives.

You bring 12+ years in brand planning or creative strategy, 3+ years in leadership, and a proven record with high-stakes global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on Brand Planning or Creative Strategy experience in established agencies.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record on global brands and high-stakes campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of foundational brand strategy, architecture, and positioning globally.
• Drive strategic vision for high-visibility campaigns and product launches.
• Write briefs and stay engaged through the creative process with teams and clients.
• Monitor culture shifts and bring insights into campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of three brand strategists and evolve the Brand Strategy discipline.
