Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Program Management Leader to drive governance for corporate real estate projects and capital planning. You will collaborate with client leaders and PMO staff to implement a global control framework and ensure project delivery excellence.

The role requires advanced program management skills, data governance, and strong communication across regions. Up to 50% travel may be required as projects progress.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum five years in program management.
• Experience leading CRE/PT project governance, scheduling and controls.
• Strong data governance, reporting and KPI/SLAs tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide governance and oversight for the client’s CRE leadership in PMO activities.
• Develop and monitor a global capital plan and project schedules.
• Lead a team of controls specialists and manage dashboards/reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PM Playbook.
• Support data validation and remediation for project data quality.
