Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Program Management Leader to partner with CRE leaders, report to the Account Director, and implement best practices in Project Management Delivery across global operations. The role includes governance, capital planning oversight, and scheduling support, with up to 50% travel and strong stakeholder management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related roles, a relevant degree (Master’s a plus), and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of personal management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree or Certification a plus.
• Up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, organization and operational control for the client’s CRE leaders.
• Develop and facilitate end-to-end global capital planning process and oversight.
• Provide independent schedule analysis, risk assessment and schedule management support for key projects.
• Monitor compliance with project delivery playbooks and communicate remediation needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
